It was a fun experience, gave me a certain kind of clarity I was seeking
One of my issues were that I couldn't find time for myself or do things that I enjoy during the weekdays. She told me to define what I wish to do in my "me" time, make a list of all the things that I wish to do or that I enjoy and do 1/2 such things everyday in the next one week. This felt so liberating and exciting, can't wait to try this.
Some technicalities - meta business suite etc... i knew it but hearing it made a difference! And breaking down goals to biteable size chunks!
Too many things in my head right now to take action on! Really feeling motivated to work upon the thing's you've suggested

With this call I realised that shifting focus to what we want instead of what we don't want is really important to make ourselves happy and I can't wait to fully implemetn this in my life.
The cost benefit analysis we did for my availability, and journal prompts for how I can be more present in the moment was the best part of the call by far!
